The Kween's Energy Balls

New food obsession: GRANOLA BUTTER.

Thanks to Ali from Kween + Co., I have now been properly introduced to this tasty delight and can't put it down. I ended up using the entire jar to whip up some energy balls for this past weekend's ski adventures, WHOOPS! The consistency is the ultimate combination of savory, salty, and sweet. 1 C oats

2/3 C shaved coconut flakes

1/2 C Kween Granola Butter

1/4 C nut butter (I used sunbutter)

1/2 C dark chocolate chips

1/3 C honey (or maple syrup)

1 tsp. vanilla


Combine ingredients and roll into golf ball sized balls. Let chill overnight in refrigerator. BOOM. It's that easy!
